cashmere beret

it seems like forever since i made anything.
i think i am finding making for the sake of making difficult these days;
i am sure i am not alone when i say time is my enemy.
it’s all about priorities.
however,
knitting this small project,
it reminded me of something;
something that is incredibly important to me
and ultimately those close to me:
slow time;
quiet time;
meditative time.
it makes me a better person.
i need to knit more i think.
i guess i have strayed off the point of this post…
the cashmere beret.

and ready to be sent to a very special someone in our family.
